The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for the provision of production, print and distribution of publicity materials including novelty items and outdoor media, to provide strategic support to AMISOM, UNSOM and UNSOS operational requirements.

UNSOS  intends to enter into an agreement for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend for additional two (2) one-year periods subject to satisfactory performance at the discretion of UNSOS.

The Contractor shall establish a presence in Mogadishu and demonstrate their capability to distribute products across Somalia and abroad upon request by clients. Dissemination of products may include the following locations as well as any other locations upon Client’s request:

Sector 1: Mogadishu, Afgooye, Marka, Barawe, Qoryooley
Sector 2: Dhobley, Afmadow
Sector 3: Baidoa, Huddur, Burhakaba, Dinsoor
Sector 4: Beletweyne, Jalalaqsi, Mahas, Bula, Burto
Sector 5: Jowhar, Balcad, Mahaday, Bio adde
Sector 6: Kismayo

1. Nairobi, Kenya
2. Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by e-mail to unsoa-procurement@un.org and copy to decastrom@un.org or hand delivery to the address indicated below.  The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information:

1. United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number. Company must be registered in this line of business.
2. Company’s contact details: Company Name, Contact Person, UNGM Number, address, telephone, fax numbers, and e-mail must be provided.

This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNSOS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that such firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
