UNSOS organizes business seminar for entrepreneurs in Baidoa
Baidoa - The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) held a one-day business seminar for 20 Somali entrepreneurs on Tuesday 12 December, 2017 in Baidoa, the administrative capital of the South West state.
Participants, who included three women, were nominated for the training by the South West Chamber of Commerce.
The training is aimed at enhancing economic and business opportunities for the local vendors.
UNSOS has been empowering the local business community with information and tips on doing business with the United Nations.
The seminar was also attended by the South West Minister of Commerce Mr. Warsame, Deputy Minister of Planning Ms. Nimco Nur Ali, and Director General of Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
